Other Success Stories

I have heard from others that have reported getting better.  On this page, I will pass along their advice.  While these people may recommend certain products, I have been assured they have no financial interest in these products.

I have heard from several people about the benefits of eating raw foods.

Brigitte's Story:

My name is Brigitte and I live in N.J. , I used to suffer from CFS , I do no longer !!!

It’s now over a year and a half since I last was in your website, not because I didn’t like it ( it was very helpful) but simply because I managed to find a way to reach my own success on getting “over” CFS. As of now I haven’t written my story down on paper but I’m about to do so because I feel that it could help many others to get going on becoming “their own doctors” . What I managed to find out during my venture in becoming well is really amassing and actually very simple, I would like to share this with you and your readers at some point and hopefully it can become helpful for many CFS sufferers. I remember how desperate I was to find a way out of the sickness at that time and how nice it was to read your pages to get some info. on all possibilities there could be. You might even remember my email from back then when I wrote and actually thanked you for being out there with your webpage.

I am running my own little business now witch I got into thanks to all my knowledge I accumulated while I was learning how to get well. By getting sick with CFS really changed my life for good (to the better in the end).

How are you feeling these days?? Did you ever consider to have a “Hair analysis” done to really find out whets going on in your body? The reason I’m asking you is because I finally went for that and the report came back telling me that I had extreme overload of Mercury and Lead in my system, No wonder I had CFS !!

As soon as I had a concrete answer to what was wrong in my body I could go from there and start educating myself on what had to be done. You see I am convinced that the reason we all suffer from different kinds of fatigues is because we are not getting enough of proper nutrition’s in our diets today we are literally starving our selves of valuable nutrition’s, we need to eat a lot more RAW FRUITES and VEGETABLES. There is more to this, but at the end it is very simple and not impossible to do .

I also would recommend you and your readers to read this book called “Fit for Life” The Diamonds, there they talk about how important it is to combine foods the right way at the right time. I found this very helpful. I have to go now but I hope to hear from you soon. Sincerely

Brigitte

I asked Brigitte for more information and she wrote back:

Well to answer your question about how much raw fruits and veggies  is appropriate (actually NESSECARY) , I would say at least five servings A DAY of many different nutritional dense raw fruits and veggies. This may seem almost impossible in today’s busy lifestyles, but I was lucky enough to find a way to do so and get well fast.

I will tell all about this in my story, in the meantime I would suggest that you get started today with integrating as much raw fruits and veggies as you possibly can in your daily diet.

From Michelle:

Frank, I'm doing alot of other things, but started on PB8. That I know, is the one thing above all the other things I'm doing, that is responsible for most of my recovery. I have recommended it to several friends and coworkers, all of who have had positive results. My always skeptical fiancé is taking it and feels the difference if he misses a dose. I have a coworker/friend who has been sick for years and was diagnosed a year ago with fibro-myalgia. She started taking it and within one week was able to cut down her meds to half. I certainly could never speak for everyone, but I know all the people in my life who are taking it are enjoying more health and energy now.

I sense in your reply, your reluctance to believe there is a cure out there. I believe strongly in this stuff. I am living proof it works. I have no doubt (after doing all the research I have so far on chronic candidiasis) I was months, possibly weeks away from serious health shutdown. www.nutritionnow.com will give you places where you can purchase the PB8.

If you do give it a try, please let me know how you're doing. I'd like to add you to the list of testimonials.

Good Luck, michelle

From a reader identified as Dikla:

I have found the following to be very helpful indeed after years of being really wiped out by this illness, and also after trying just about everything except the really expensive cures. I am now back to about seventy percent activity after being almost totally disabled for a few years.

ENADA (a form of NADH)  I take two 5mg a day

Selenium/vitamin E

Vitamin C in large quantities helps instantly with allergy - a teaspoon of ascorbic acid is about four grams and I find helps right away. I've also found very large quantities good at very bad times.

Noni juice - expensive but helpful.

A few inexpensive visits to a cranio-sacral therapist made an immediate and long-term difference to my ability to think straight and concentrate.

I've found what I thought previously were off-the-wall ideas on energy and 'new age' therapies very interesting and once one can deal with the offputting language, very helpful indeed.  But I don't want to look too cranky!  It's worth mentioning - one of the reasons I think this illness has been so healthy has been the ability to break out of some limiting preconceptions.

A website called www.immunesupport.com has some useful information.  They do sell things but not in an aggressive or exploitive manner and send all the latest research information as it appears. They put a percentage of the income from their sales into research and the managing director is a sufferer from this illness himself. They certainly sell the cheapest form of ENADA I've found so far. I tried a couple of other websites but got put off by the lamenting.  It's what I liked about yours: the practical Let's Get Better approach.

Hope these are helpful thoughts.  I'd rather stay private about this contact, but if you think any of these things are worth passing on, please do.  And thanks and all the best from me and from my incredibly supportive family!

Dikla
